Thanks to the cosmopolitan vision of Ferruccio Ferragamo, as well as his passion for the uniqueness of Tuscany, in 2017 the Il Borro Tuscan Bistro concept was exported for the first time, opening in Dubai. The catering philosophy was unchanged and the original format respected: typical Italian dishes, carefully selected seasonal ingredients and top level customer care helped Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai become the best Italian restaurant in Dubai for the fifth consecutive year.

In autumn 2021, with Orange Investment Group – an Emirate-based company operating in the catering and hospitality sector that was already a partner in the management of Tuscan Bistro Dubai – Il Borro Tuscan Bistro opened in London. A refined location that recalls Tuscany, the new Bistro is in the elegant and exclusive Mayfair district. Once again, the project was carried out by the Florentine Architecture Studio 63, while the furnishings were made by local artisans – warm colours inspired mostly by the Tuscan landscape. The Tuscan Bistro brings to the British capital the products and recipes of the most authentic Italian cuisine, revisited by Executive Chef Andrea Campani. The goal is to offer the flavours and experiences that a cosmopolitan and dynamic city such as London appreciates. A gastronomic offer that celebrates tradition and top level customer service, together with the high standards of Tuscan Bistro and the philosophy of Il Borro, in other words… Il Borro Tuscan Bistro London.

The carefully designed Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, one of the restaurants of Il Borro Estate, features large windows and very bright spaces. This structure – born as the carpentry shop of Il Borro – is a perfect example of harmony between the historical roots of the area and the philosophy of the company. Sober, elegant and with a warm atmosphere steeped in local history and tradition, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Valdarno was built by local workers, with local materials.

The concept will be once again reflecting the style and philosophy of Il Borro, and the menu will still be inspired
by the principles of the Estate, favouring fresh and seasonal ingredients for the best dishes of the Italian
tradition.
Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda is located in a beautiful setting by the sea and many of the tables will be right on
the water. This perfectly reflects the philosophy of Il Borro and of Elounda aiming to preserve the heritage and
sense of place unchanged. The design reflects the Tuscan tradition with details such as wood panelling, wrought
iron and marble.
The menu of il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda has been created by the Executive Chef Andrea Campani, who,
together with the Elounda Peninsula team has ensured that the sustainable standards of Il Borro are always met.
Organic honey, seasonal vegetables from Orto del Borro, organic EVOO, wholewheat flours and organic pasta
with a low gluten content will also be featured on the menu.
