Il Borro Tuscan Bistro will be one of the protagonist of the 2014 edition of Fuoriditaste, prestigious event promoted by Pitti Immagine.
Chef Andrea Campani and his staff have created a special menu for the occasion, a menu that is also a journey along the italian peninsula: the Oro trout of Trentino, Pantelleria capers of the La Nicchia and the soul of the chef.
Three different dishes matched with the wines of Il Borro. Each can choose to enjoy a single dish, or all three. These are the proposed specialities:
Oregano and lemon risotto with trout tartare ,eggs and fried cabbage
Seesaibling wrapped in rigatina , pesto capers and zolfini cream.
Trout and seesaibling with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes salad, crunchy capers and pecorino chees shavings
