Chef Andrea Campani tames Upstream’s prized salmon into a menu fit for kings.

Starting 12.30 pm we will be serving Martini cocktails with salmon caviar and surprise salmon tapas (€ 15), followed at 7pm by a 4-course dinner menu with a selection of smoked, fresh and all natural salmon served with a salmon egg Martini Cocktail (€ 35 wine and beverage excluded).
