From 27 October 2016, Il Borro’s Tuscan Bistro opens the doors to its producers and suppliers with a series of mouth-watering, not to be missed events.
Our executive chef, Andrea Campani, has designed 8 themed menus to highlight the excellence of the products on which he bases his dishes and offer his guests the chance to meet the producers themselves. A unique opportunity to learn about the stories and people behind each individual product and the philosophy. These two months will once again be characterized by tradition and authenticity, the leitmotiv of all Il Borro’s activities.
