From February 4 to 6, Fuori di Taste, a series of events, dinners and tastings scattered throughout the city, returns to Florence.

For this occasion, APOT will host the event rEVOlution Excellencies and differences of Tuscan oils, comparing and tasting!!

The event will be held at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro in Florence, on Friday the 3rd of February 2023, with the participation of important personalities in the industry , in order to share the story of one great protagonist, olive oil, seen from many different perspectives.

Also participating to the event will be Vittoria Ferragamo (special projects manager of Il Borro) and Andrea Campani, Executive Chef of Il Borro Tuscan Bistro.

The evening will continue with a tasting of oils selected by APOT and a finger food pairing, curated by our Executive Chef of Il Borro.

At the event, the portfolio of the exhibition “Montemagno, a paradise under the ashes” by Italian photographer Giacomo Bretzel will be presented to the public.
